Overview

The TF2X blister machine is a state-of-the-art medium sized blister machine available. It was designed for Flexibility. Unique features include the ability to run existing tooling, servo seal registration, servo perforation and die punch registration. Further the TF2X has an open feed area perfect for any type of feeder. The feed area can be tailored to customer needs.

Superior GMP aspects are apparent on the TF2X. Station heads are sloped at 10 degrees in order to prevent product from remaining on the machine. Further, stations are open in the front in order to allow quick change of tooling and convenience for operators threading the machine.

Beyond flexibility and GMP aspects, the machine is very solidly built and allows maintenance technicians ample access to areas inside the machine.

Tooling

• Tool-less change-over
• Tooling is completely tested at Pharmaworks prior to shipping (Pharmaworks is committed to keeping a running TF2X in-house for tool testing)
• A setup and testing sheet is provided with each tool set, reflecting factory recommended parameters.  This is essential to quick and efficient start-up of new tooling.
